By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you fully accept the terms of this Policy and explicitly agree to the processing of your data in the manner and for the purposes described herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

The Service Administration reserves the right to make changes or amendments to this Policy at any time without prior written notice. It is recommended to periodically check for updates. Continued use of the Service after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Policy.

Purpose of Data Processing

Data is provided by users in connection with the User Agreement with the Administration and may be collected in the following cases:

when creating an account on our website or related server;
when participating in testing of additional game services or updates;
when participating in in-game events, competitions, or other activities;
when sending requests or inquiries to the Service Administration;
when using additional services within the Game.

Data is processed for purposes including but not limited to:

creating, managing, and using user accounts;
participating in the Game and accessing game features;
interacting with other users;
bug fixing and developing new features and services;
contacting users for feedback, support, and notifications;
receiving and verifying payments;
informing users about future events and updates related to the Service.

User Data Collected and Processed

Collected data may include but is not limited to:

name, nickname (character name);
user ID (login or user ID);
email address;
payment information, etc.

Other data collected by the Service to ensure quality services include:

unique device identifier (HWID) and software parameters;
operating system version, device type, hardware identifiers;
time zone;
user activity logs (game logs, achievements, playtime, last login, etc.);
IP address and geolocation of the device used to access the Service.

Data Retention

The retention period equals the duration for which the associated game services are provided (whichever is longer).

Use, Sharing, and Transfer of Data

The Service may merge user data with other information (including additional data mentioned in Section 4) to provide, manage, and improve the Game.

Your data may also be shared in the following cases:

to comply with legal requirements (e.g. in fraud investigations);
if there is reasonable suspicion of Service rights violations.

Responsibilities of the Parties

The user is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of provided data. Inaccuracies must be corrected, including by contacting technical support.

The Service Administration reserves the right to retain data necessary to comply with laws, ensure security, and maintain the Service and Game, even after deletion or modification.
